Professional and honest with superior customer service! Previously I’ve taken my Mercedes Benz to a well known dealership/service center in Bloomington and recently had a service there due to a recall. I was quoted $3500.00 in “service needs” and was doubtful, so I took it to Eurotech for a second opinion. My vehicle was checked and information I received from the Bloomington location was disproved by Eurotech with them agreeing on only I service need. Rachel was fantastic to deal with and even took my wife out to look at the vehicle with a technician then explained the service report with her in depth. We were treated well from beginning to end and will only be taking our vehicles here from now on. Thanks Eurotech!

5 stars! It's late November, pre-Thanksgiving, and a snow storm is on the way and I need new tires. I submit a request for service on Monday morning, receive an email along with a phone call within an hour, and by noon Monday I had an appointment for the next day. I drop the car (2016 BMW X3 28d) off on Tuesday morning and by close of business the new tires on along with a full inspection of the vehicle. Service and responsiveness is always great. Vehicle is now ready for the planned road trip; snow and all.
