Alex, my Service Coordinator, really does a great job for clients. My sisters recommended him, so I took in my 2014 BMW-3 sport wagon for rear brakes. The cost was considerably lower than either of the 2 BMW dealerships with whom I’ve worked. Everything was explained to me, and Alex also advised what the next maintenance issues lie ahead. He provided complete information on my tire wear, and I feel confident that I can safely make my long road trip to AZ this winter. I will return, for sure.

Vehicle: 2008 VW GTi Reason for Service: Leaking Thermostat Housing. Choose EuroTech over the dealership because they were a little less expensive to replace a leaking thermostat housing. I think part of the price difference is the use of non VW parts, but there are plenty of good aftermarket companies making parts up to OEM specs. EuroTech replaced the thermostat housing quickly and got my car back. A few days later the leak returned. EuroTech did not hesitate to try and remedy the problem. Once they found the leak they confirmed it was from the thermostat and replaced it under warranty. Alex and everyone I interacted with during the process was knowledgable and friendly. One note, the process to get the car fixed did take about a week. Partially because I told them to take their time and partially because the leak decided to get shy and play hard to get once in the shop. I did not mind the time as I had access to a vehicle to drive while my car was being repaired. I will not hesitate to bring my car to EuroTech in the future for my vehicle maintenance.

We offer the 3 year or 36,000 mile warranty for situations like these. Thank you for giving us the chance to fix the original repair. OEM and OE Equivalents parts can be delivered defective. We see that on the back end more than anything. We also know we are not perfect and mistakes do happen from time to time. Dropped off the car for a CEL. Eurotech was able to diagnose the problem and came up with a recommended solution quickly and inexpensively. The remediation was performed and the shuttle ride from and to was much appreciated.
