Update - Seth, the owner, called me after reading my earlier post below. He seemed genuinely interested in understanding my concern. You can bet a dealer would never make that call. The parts price I was charged is equal to BMW's pricing. While I still feel the markup is excessive my complaint is more appropriately directed at BMW rather than Eurotech. I would return here for service. Original Post - I had a 50K inspection performed on my BMW 323i. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The inspection and findings were explained clearly. The only negative was parts cost. I was charged $138 for 6 spark plugs which is roughly triple the street price. I assume the other parts had comparable markup. I'd recommend inspecting the detailed parts cost for routine service before the work is done.
FANTASTIC! Great staff, upfront and very honest. No pressure. And a free wash!
Our second visit was even better than the first. Their knowledge base and customer service are better than the dealer. And pricing is great, not even considering the service level.
Truly exceptional customer service, vehicle knowledge and attention to detail. If you drive a Audi, BMW, Mercedes or VW and you are having your vehicle serviced anywhere else, you are making a huge mistake. The best in the business.
Take time to explain everything, very easy to deal with. Great experiences for me....
Thanks Thomas Mayo always a pleasure to work with you!
Did a great job inspecting my 84 diesel Mercedes and converting the AC.
They always take the extra step to help make your car be at it's best. There's no one else in town I rather have work on my car than Eurotech!
The dealership just kept replacing fuel injectors. Eurotech found the problem and fixed just that. I couldn't be happier.
We've done business with Seth and the gang at Eurotech for years and they've always treated us fairly. If you're looking for an honest, independent, European specialty mechanic, look no further - they're the best.
Eurotech provides a quality alternative to relying on dealerships for your VW and BMV maintenance and repairs. The folks there are friendly, and will complete your job efficiently. In my experience the standard tune up and maintenance prices have been the same as the dealer, but the people there are much easier to work with than at Country Side VW. But the big difference comes on the repair side. Their staff are more knowledgable, and their equipment exceeds what is used elsewhere. The net effect is a quicker repair, and reduced cost to the vehicle owners. I was very happy to find them. When I first moved here I was disappointed in the lack of options I had, and felt forced to bring my car to the dealership. Overall, I've been very happy with Eutotech, and would recommend them to anyone with a foreign mfg car.
