Eurotech just installed a new valve cover gasket, water pump and thermostat. The team was very knowledgeable and constantly updated me throughout the repair process. Also i got an outlook for things to look out for in the future. I didn't feel like i got up-sold for unnecessary services. The pricing is competitive and i really felt like the guys were actually excited to work on my car. All in all a great local place that takes well care of my beloved German cars.

The service rep did a great job of listening to, and deciphering my complicated concerns. The mechanic was extremely through and he went the extra mile to make sure that he was addressing all of the issues that I was hoping to have looked at too. After the vehicle was fully inspected the rep did a fantastic job of simplifying everything and helping me better understand the state of the vehicle. Clean shop, well run, fair and honest, with nice, extremely competent people in all departments.

Update - Seth, the owner, called me after reading my earlier post below. He seemed genuinely interested in understanding my concern. You can bet a dealer would never make that call. The parts price I was charged is equal to BMW's pricing. While I still feel the markup is excessive my complaint is more appropriately directed at BMW rather than Eurotech. I would return here for service. Original Post - I had a 50K inspection performed on my BMW 323i. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable. The inspection and findings were explained clearly. The only negative was parts cost. I was charged $138 for 6 spark plugs which is roughly triple the street price. I assume the other parts had comparable markup. I'd recommend inspecting the detailed parts cost for routine service before the work is done.

Our second visit was even better than the first. Their knowledge base and customer service are better than the dealer. And pricing is great, not even considering the service level.

Truly exceptional customer service, vehicle knowledge and attention to detail. If you drive a Audi, BMW, Mercedes or VW and you are having your vehicle serviced anywhere else, you are making a huge mistake. The best in the business.
