Seth has earned another customer for life. I had a problem with my 2001 BMW M5. He helped my diagnose and then explained how to verify the problem was resolved. His diagnosis was correct. I tried to buy the $1000 plus parts through him but he said to buy them through my local BMW dealership so I would have a warranty. So he didn't earn a dime. He was very patient and helped me avoid replacing the wrong parts. He's great.
