I have been going to eurotech for a very long time; at least 15 years. It isn’t the cheapest place in town, but they do go work and are easy to work with. They are responsive and respectful. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The shop knows their cars and have resolved issues that perplexed the dealer. Over the years I haven’t always been happy with their work, but issues have always been resolved fairly and without an argument.

Over the years, they have done tires, transmission, engine plus general services on our 2015 BMW X3. The work has always been top drawer and the team is great! Definitely and strongly recommend.

We purchased a used vehicle from what we thought was a reputable dealer. However, once we started driving it, we realized there were several things not quite right. We took the vehicle to Eurotech for an inspection and cost estimate. They were very thorough with the inspection, they found many problems and several safety concerns. We cannot express how much we appreciate the time and attention to detail Eurotech gave to this vehicle. Although the news regarding this vehicle was disappointing, the customer service and concern for our safety from Eurotech guarantees that they have gained a customer for life, for our other vehicles!

The team did a great job. There were a few hiccups, all were out of their control, but they did a great job at keeping me in the loop and coming up with creative ways to get to a solution.
