car was there for 10 weeks with no work started so I took it back.

Very clean shop. Organized and efficient check in and service report. IMO the prices were incredibly high for the work done. Maybe that was because it was a BMW, but my advice is don’t walk in there without being prepared. The oil change was $50 higher than Rapid oil change and the brake job was more than my last 3 cars combined. Again maybe that’s the going rate, but never a cost I’ve ever paid before. Probably cheaper than the dealer, so in that case they’re a good option over Mtka BMW.

Wasn’t sure what was causing the clunk noise in our 2013 VW EOS. Thought it might be the transmission. Eurotech found it was the motor mounts. Their very detailed diagnostic review found some other things that needed attention, and which ones needed to be addressed right away. We took the top ones off the list. The car is now running like it’s new again. I was very impressed with the customer service. Probably the best I’ve ever dealt with in my 45 years of car ownership. Definitely will go back to them next time I have issues.

I recently purchased a MINI Cooper Countryman and I had it inspected at Eurotech. They identified an issue, worked directly with the insurance company and made the repairs. They couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them!
