I originally went in to have an oil change and an alignment, however the team there noticed a few other issues that would have the alignment be essentially pointless… I’ve known other shops that wouldn't have even bothered to inform me, and would have taken my money and not thought twice about it.

MY experience in 2021 was good. It wasn't anything special, but the job got done. Would I come back, depends. I'm writing to review about how ANOTHER customer was treated while I was there. This guy came in to have his shocks replaced. However, he only had 2 (I forget if they were front or rear) and were still waiting to receive the other 2. He asked if he would need an alignment afterwards and was told, Yes. That an alignment was highly recommended, or required, I forget. **Absolutely agree, I was there for one myself!** The customer asked, since he would have to be back when the other 2 shocks arrived, would he have to do an alignment twice and also charged twice. Eutotech did not give him a straight answer. Instead they said we highly recommend an alignment everytime. **In my mind, the answer was a simple YES!** The customer then asked if they should just wait for the other 2 shocks and get it all done at once. That way they are not getting charged for 2 alignments. **An alignment was $300.** Again, Eutotech did not give him a straight answer. In fact, Eutotech got defensive, which was completely weird. Eutotech said they didn't know and it was up to the customer whether or not they wanted to have their shocks replaced 2 at a time or all together. Again, the customer asked Eutotech for their opinion. The attitude of the customer was one of a friend seeking advice. However, Eutotech kept evading the question. They did not provide the customer with any useful advice. **At this point I almost went to the lobby to advise this potential customer. However, my alignment was completed exactly at that moment, so I left.** I still wonder sometimes what that customer ended up doing. I would imagine he eventually came to his senses and returned when he had ALL 4 shocks/struts. I will never understand why the heavyset Eutotech gentleman acted the way he did. I know a lot of people that are mechanics, service writers, and even own their own shop. When you simply can't be upfront and advise a customer, you have failed. Thanks for reading.

Always got excellent service and never had to go back because of faulty repair or miss diagnosis. Alex was great at explaining problem and how they fixed it. They also look over car and list future concerns and tell you honestly how important they are to be fixed in future

Great service and staff! Alex was able to squeeze me in on short notice to program a transmission module on a b8 Audi A4. To do this ODIS is required which is a dealer level tool. I called a few other independent European shops and no one else had the tool. Price was fair and certainly less than bringing it to the Audi dealership. Their shop is very clean and well done. Top notch. Thanks!

I actually own another auto repair shop and we had a European vehicle that we struggled with. The team at Eurotech Medina went above and beyond to help get the vehicle fixed. Communication was great, they were professional and did a great job overall. You can be confident in their team to service your European vehicles!
