They have serviced my BMW 335 for about four years. They are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a very intermittent engine problem when street driving. Then I took the car up to the Brainard Speedway an found it was a regular problem when going 100+ mph. I thought they had zero chance of finding it, but they isolated the problem, fixed it, and it has never come back. They are not cheap, but if you need care and feeding of high performance cars, this is the place to go.

Called today they explained and broke down the tech for future work I want to do to my new car. So I could understand it. I appreciate the professional aditude they exhibited.

I have been using Eurotech for 4 years starting with my BMW Z3 and now with my newer Z4, they are always very friendly and fair on pricing, always making it easy to drop off car with complimentary shuttle service back to my house. I'm the sort of car guy who tries to do as much myself as I can, but I know my limits of both skill and time. When there is a job to do that is too time consuming or beyond my skill set, I have used Eurotech. Recently my door latch stopped working on my VW and this requires removing the outer door skin. I would have taken on this project in the summer but with the winter cold it made sense to me to have it done. I had arranged everything with Seth and when I dropped off my car on Thursday, Amber had me back out the door in a loaner in a matter of minutes. In the afternoon I picked up my car which was ready when promised. As always, great service and a very reasonable price.

The entire staff at Eurotech made sure I completely understood everything that they had found, and what needed to prioritized, on a complimentary inspection even though I was in for a battery replacement. I 100% recommend getting a first or second opinion from Eurotech before moving forward with any other service provider. I really felt like they had my interests in mind, and having my car worked on was more of a team effort on both their and my side of things.

Eurotech has a tremendous service oriented operation going. They just finished a fresh remodel which further adds to the customer centric feeling. Seth, Amber Dana and Brandon are very attentive to my needs and questions. Overall they are very thorough in explaining various repairs and will shoot straight. This is a very high integrity shop at much more reasonable rate relative to the dealers. I would recommend them to anyone with German cars. They offer a great value and make you feel valued at the same time. Rare combination.

I have used Eurotech a few times for work on my VW. They are a great company to deal with. All the employees are friendly and conscientious. On my most recent visit I had winter tires mounted on some freshly coated wheels. They were done quickly and the wheels are still perfect. This is the first shop I've used that hasn't dinged or scratched my wheels. Seth and his crew will get my continued business and will always be a shop I will recommend.

This place caused me so much trouble. I had a typical transmission service done, and replaced some filters.. When they did this service they did their "18 point complimentary inspection," and they found other issues with my BMW.. Amber Reiners, their service manager, told me that I had a leak coming from my alternator bracket seal which needed to be replaced... I went ahead and got them replaced because I didn't want anything leaking from my alternator. A week later my sensor reads that I have a coolant leak (The same area where the seals were replaced) Hmmm.... I never had this problem before the work was done.. I figured Ill take it back in to the shop and they'll fix it. They told me that my expansion tank cracked and that it needed to be replaced. Seemed very coincidental? But I trusted them and had it replaced along with the radiator hose... Then they pressure tested it to make sure it wasn't leaking.. I'm not sure what PSI they pressure tested it at, but whatever the pressure was, it was way to high because within a week coolant was spilling out everywhere (super embarrassing) and my car is completely ruined... This auto shop did not own up to their mistakes and instead kept charging me for repairs.. I regret letting them touch my car. They may do good work.. But they sure don't own up to their mistakes which makes me think their customer service is awful. And for that I resent them.
