Minneapolis European Auto Repair

I have a brand new Tesla with several issues that Tesla won't help me with. Eurotech is one of the only independent shops in the area that will handle Tesla's. I stopped in to talk about it with them, and I was able to meet a tech and discuss my issues. Everyone was very friendly and I set up an appointment for next week to do a further investigation of the issues in my car. So far I am very happy and I will gladly update this review once I know more! **Update 12/6/23** Watch my video more detail, but I'll give a brief text rundown as well. Last week when I discussed things I thought it was clear that I wanted to have a scan done on the car and a general look over which is usually called a pre-purchase inspection. I was never notified that there were multiple levels of free purchase inspection at that time. I was told that it would be $175 to do a PPI. It's certainly possible that there was a miscommunication on my part but at no time was I told $299 was a possible price. This morning I was told that in order to do a scan of the car as well it was going to be a level two pre-purchase inspection which would then cost the $299. I live an hour away round trip, had I known it was going to cost $299 to look into this I would have had to think about it and likely passed. At this time I don't have any faith in the shops transparency with customers from the start. This is very common in the automotive repair industry, and unfortunately I'm going to have to lower my review to one star. Well everything is neat and clean at this new facility I truly believe that the way a company interacts with a customer is what's most important. I have my own mechanics for my company but we don't have a Tesla scan tool, So I'm not sure why they think I would have wanted to look the car over with them without a scan. Whether it was lack of understanding or lack of communication, I'm extremely disappointed in eurotech at this time

Fast and great service.

My issue was an oil leak that caused serious damage to several major engine parts. Alex, Kirk and Jake were able to help me with all my ISSUES. 2 weeks later and alot of patience on my part. These guys worked their tails off for me. I'm completely satisfied, appreciative and extremely grateful for the service, knowledge and most importantly their honesty. At this point after all the time and effort and money spent. I still feel extremely greatful for their service towards me personally. They truly took care of me. I hope my car never has anymore issues moving forward. If it does it's going back to Eurotech. Thankyou Alex, Kirk and Jake! Amazing work, my car is in better shape! Damn good work Jake! Hats off to you. I'm sure he earned a band-aid fixing my mess. Happy holidays to the Eurotech team! Again a HUGE thankyou!

Most people write reviews when things go well. I'm writing when things haven't. As you can see from my 5-Stars, I'm still a satisfied customer. That says a lot. Although my car has been in a few times for the same issue (oil leaks after timing belt and gasket/cover replacements), and I've been out a vehicle with a busy work schedule and life schedule with demanding schedules of young kinds. However, I have to say that EuroTech New Brighton is handling it well. They are good with their word, backed by their work, professional, and courteous. I especially want to call out Hunter and Louie for their professionalism and courteous customer service.

Wonderful work, incredibly fair pricing, and the staff makes sure to keep you up to date on the status of the car/diagnoses/work. I will surely be recommending them to friends and family.
