My 2011 Audi was twice in a row repaired by Woodbury in 2019, both times costing me a $500 tow. Spark plugs were not tightenened into cylinder head. No compensation for the tow, just I'm sorry but it wasn't deliberate.

My first time at Eurotech Auto Service - Medina and very happy. They (Troy) was very professional and friendly. He let me know the costs right up front. The technician went right to work on my car and got the job done. Also a very nice facility. I will be back!

Although I didn’t have all of my problems addressed (despite me explaining exactly what needed repairing) I felt that overall, Alex and the staff at Eurotech were excellent! Considerable time was put into discussing my repair options, And I was treayed respectfully by the staff. My only complaint was that they were not willing to go the extra mile and attempt to repair something that was a definite problem for me.

Great from start to finish. Took my 13 Audi s4 in and my ac stopped working. Took it in and have never been here before and I will go no where else now. Took care of my car and got everything fixed and ac works great again. Also I gave a few other things I knew of with the car and they did a very thorough detailed inspection and provided pictures and explanations. Had this car at two Audi dealerships and two other euro shops and Eurotech knew exactly what the issues were and explained to me severity and best route of repair as far as fix now or later. No upsale, no un-necessary work and straight forward and no run around. Great location and awesome staff and straight high 5 to the tech that had to fix the ac nightmare I had. Hats off to euro tech and would recommend anyone with and Audi or other Euro manufacturers to this shop. Performance can also be added to car here. Ask them about performance for your car!
