We recently had EuroTech replace the timing chain on my son's car. It was all but impossible to find a shop I trusted to do the work where we live -- I am very particular about my cars. I had read good things about EuroTech so we traveled 150 miles to have them do the work and had to stay in a hotel one night to make it work. Despite the extra logistics, we weren't disappointed. Their communication before and during the work was excellent. The work was done well and, most impressively, I watched as they double checked that everything was reinstalled properly before asking me to drive the car to make sure it seemed right (they had already tested it). If their shop was closer, I would use them more often. As it is, I will use them for all major repairs. Thank you Alex and Rachel for a great experience.

Called at noon to schedule an oil service. Was hoping to get in next day and they asked if now would work! They really are about ‘Yes First’ ! In and out in less than an hour with thorough inspection. The best!

Eurotech Woodbury impressed me from the moment they answered my call to the moment they handed me my keys. Alex and Paulena are personable, knowledgeable, and professional, and it's clear that they care about their customers. My vehicle recently had an issue that was a safety concern and Eurotech was able to work on it first thing the morning after I called for an appointment. Because I had an unrelated appointment later that day, they offered me a free loaner vehicle. Luckily, they were able to complete the work on my car so quickly that I didn't need to take advantage of the loaner vehicle. Instead, I waited in their customer lounge area and took advantage of their Keurig machine and fast wifi. I was very impressed with the front office and waiting area — it felt more like a coffee shop than an auto repair shop. Alex communicated with me throughout the process, ensuring that there were no surprise costs. When my car was ready to go, he offered a complimentary car wash. All in all, it was a great experience. I'll definitely be back!
