We came in not knowing how many things we would need to have done to our BMW X3. We were given a loaner to be able to get around. Daniel kept us informed at all times. After the initial estimate, we remembered that we had a warranty on our vehicle. Daniel communicated with our warranty company and got everything settled. We ended up having to spend another day in the cities getting the final repairs done to our car, no worries, was able to use the loaner the whole time. Great service, mechanics are very knowledgeable. The lobby is spotless and very comfortable. Thank you for a great experience!
