I’ve worked with Seth (owner) for several years and with several vehicles (VW, BMW) at his original New Brighton location. The service advisors are timely in their responses, helpful, honest, and most importantly — understanding. They use email, SMS, and at this location, they’re using a new digital invoicing system which allows me to see photos of each subsystem and approve/reject recommended work. It’s slick. If you have a service need, I recommend EuroTech. Seth, AlexE., and others are top-notch. Truly.
