Smooth operations. Good communications and after i got my car back it is running much better than before.
Friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable and efficient staff. Price for new tire alignment was competitive too.
Responsive and thorough. Have used them on my BMW for several issues.
Decent experience. I bought my car there for an issue that I basically had already diagnosed and requested they remedy that issue. They did, but only after a full inspection that had nothing to do with the issue and recommended service based on CarFax report for a few thousand dollars plus diagnostics. I knew most of the issues were already resolved and declined service. The cost was reasonable so I won't complain too much, but would give 5 stars for a shop that is willing to do what the customer requests and use 'at your own risk'. I will use them again.
My car was done when they said it would be done and they also gave me a loaner car. I would highly recommend them for any of your service needs.
This was my first time coming to this place. The receptionist was very friendly and I felt that I was going to like this place a lot. My main concerns with this shop is that with their pricing, I expect Audi dealership service. I don’t believe I received that. I brought my car in because it was making some creaking sounds when driving. After them performing the diagnostic they told me it was going to be $5,000 for an entire new front suspension. My car only has 46,000 miles on it so that seemed exceptionally premature, however, I’m not a mechanic and want a safe vehicle so I had them perform the service. I had requested a loaner vehicle ahead of my appointment (I’ve lived here 7 days and didn’t want to be stranded) but was told nothing was available (it’s ok… I understand that happens). When I picked up my car I was expecting to have a conversation with the mechanic about what was done and maybe why these parts prematurely failed. No one besides the receptionist who took my payment said anything (like I said she’s very nice). For my own peace of mind, I went to Audi of Richfield to just price compare for future. They quoted me almost $600 less for the same service. If I would have taken to the dealer: A. I would have had a loaner vehicle no questions asked. B. They would have washed and detailed my car for me. After departing the Audi dealership, I had to drive over some train tracks, and guess what, the sound I heard is back. I’m not saying my suspension didn’t need attention (I saw the photos they sent me, there is ZERO doubt in the work they performed), HOWEVER maybe they didn’t fully understand what it was that I was hearing. I’m sure they did a road test after completion but maybe it wasn’t exactly what I also was hearing. Anyways to wrap this up, I’m medium satisfied. I think moving forward I might find some place a little cheaper or if I want premium service, I’ll just take it to the dealer again. PHOTO: just for reference, the is was how dirty my car came back to me… there is LITERALLY a car wash across the street. I think for future it’s something you could add to your service to make it feel more premium
Outstanding job
Nice place. They can work on my foreign. I asked them to clear some codes but they did not. Bring it to the dealer I guess for a simple task. Update. At Mtka bmw now, they cleared codes for free and were pleasant about it, unlike eurotech's rude reply.
Aaron, we reprogrammed the frm you fried doing your own work for $190 plus tax We were able to repair this frm vs replacing it like the dealer would have to for $500 We do decline to clear maintenance lights when services have not been done, as it can be misleading to the next buyer that service has been performed. We wish you luck in finding a shop that meets your needs! if we can ever be of assistance please let us know
