I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Eurotech Auto Service in Medina for some routine maintenance, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From start to finish, the team at Eurotech was courteous, professional, and efficient. One standout member of the Eurotech team was Haley, who served as my service writer. Haley was absolutely excellent - she greeted me warmly when I arrived, listened attentively as I described the issues I was experiencing with my car, and kept me informed every step of the way as the repairs were being made. Her communication skills were top-notch, and she always took the time to answer any questions I had, no matter how small. Throughout the process, I felt like I was in good hands with Haley and the rest of the Eurotech team. They were thorough in their work, and I could tell they really cared about getting my car back to me in the best possible condition. And when I picked up my car, it was running like a dream! Overall, I would highly recommend Eurotech Auto Service to anyone in need of car maintenance or repair. We went to Eurotech for a pre-purchase inspection of a used car. Both Alex and Sophie gave us great customer service and explained the issues with the car very well. They even offered to give us advice on other cars that we're considering buying. I appreciated their honesty and expertise. The lobby of Eurotech is very spacious and comfortable, too.

They are absolutely amazing, Daniel and his team worked extremely hard to diagnose and repair the issues with my car. Even during a financial struggle Daniel went above and beyond to ensure I could get my car back out on the road safely and get me to work. Even when other problems came up he had a solution and let me use a loaner vehicle which was nice, clean and efficient. I will forever be a loyal customer to this shop.
