Brought my Mercedes in for the "A service" and they did not due the full service, they didn't touch my air filters or replace the fuel filter. On the inspection they put down they were green but they did not even touch the air filter housings to even check them. Very dissatisfied customer.

Great Service very respectable and quick
My first experience was great but the last two experiences not so great. My new rear tires were over inflated causing them to bald in the center within 3 months so either they're getting sloppy or they intentionally over inflated my tires so I will come back to get all 4 new tires. They also fixed the wrong issue and wanted to charge me another $2K to fixed another wrong issue. I took my car to the dealership and they fixed the correct issue. I'll never come to Eurotech again and the manager Joe is a shark! Don't get bit!
Lawrence, it appears we haven’t seen you since August of 2022 and on that last visit we had made some recommendations for corrections that you had declined. I was pointed at EuroTech by a friend -- it is good to have j friends like that. EuroTech is the real deal. I described my problem and they went to work. Plus they supplied info that I had not received from the Service department at a major auto maker facility. My car is nearing the end of it warranty. I will not be taking it back to the dealer. Ant subsequent problem will take me back to EuroTech. If you own a German car, BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, consider using EuroTech for service. They specialize in these brands.
