Friendly staff that makes you feel valued and really seem to care about the vehicles they are working on. It was a great experience bringing my vehicle to them and having them work on it. I really felt like I could trust them not to give me any run around and to be straight forward. The whole experience from initial contact to leaving with my repaired vehicle was enjoyable.

Diagnosed oil leak on 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman. Replaced valve cover. Replaced oil pan gasket. Performed oil change. They did what they said they would and were 100% accurate with the time and cost projections. I'm very happy with the experience.

This place deserves a solid 5+ Stars. I have had my vehicle in there twice and they go absolutely above and beyond. I am quite OCD with trust issues and let me tell you they document and explain every single part of the process. You will know exactly what was done and how they reached a diagnosis. They use only quality materials so know you are receiving top notch work. Worth every single penny for the peace of mind in knowing they were very thorough. Will be servicing my vehicles here indefinitely. Cheers to the crew for being honest kind and patient with my crazy butt.
