Very thorough and found a missing part from a past oil change that was not replaced. The part needed to be ordered and Haley sent me home in an Uber and back once the part was installed. Kudos to her!

I have to post a review on this business due to the outstanding customer service we have ever received. Haley was very thorough in explaining every detail what was going on with our Audi. She was in contact with us the entire time during the process of our vehicles maintenance. We also received a loaner car as well so we weren't down another vehicle. Haley went above and beyond in her job to make sure we had the best experience during and after our visit to Eurotech. Thank you so much for your help with our vehicle.
