Very positive experience from the first phone call. We received clear communication via text re: inspection results with photo, video and text explanations of what they found, along with clear pricing estimates. Very impressed with the entire process and better pricing than the dealer estimate for the same repair.

Alex was extremely attentive and personally invested in addressing my car's repair needs. He contacted me frequently with updates and took time to explain what was going on. Will definitely return for future car maintenance.

Incredibly awesome group! I don’t believe I met everyone, but Alex, Kirk, and Nathan completely knocked it out of the park. Back at the end of January, my fiancé’s car transmission went out. she brought the car to BMW and was quoted an astronomical price. At this time I didn’t know anyone who worked on BMW transmissions and could not figure out why BMW had such an outrageous price. I did a lot of calling around and after five or six people suggested that I reach out to Alex. That is who I reached out to. It was very interesting to hear these individuals all bring up one person‘s name, because as far as I know, these individuals had no connection to each other, other than they pointed me towards Alex. I reached out to Alex gave him a rundown of the situation, and he explained everything that we would end up going through. From the short conversation, he just seemed like a good guy. In the meantime, my fiancé was also calling around. She worked with her father more closely to start the project. Hence I put Alex‘s name to the side for the time being, but made sure I kept it, because… Roughly a month and a half later, the BMW transmission was exchanged out and put together properly, but there is the additional coding work That was needed for the transmission to sync with the car. BMW spoke to my fiancé and told her to bring the car there and they could get it working properly. This was not the case at all. I got in touch with Alex, and Kirk And explained the situation. Kirk and Alex said just bring the vehicle by and will take a look at it. This was on a Wednesday late In the day. We had the vehicle transported to EuroTech Thursday afternoon, I actually believe the vehicle arrived 30 minutes before they closed. On Friday Alex, let me know the unit was working and we chatted back-and-forth about the vehicle. He was going to get some miles put on it on Monday and get the unit detailed so that when my fiancé saw the vehicle, she would be ecstatic that it is finally Returned. We picked up the unit on Monday. It was in awesome shape. It is driving well. Alex, Kurt and Nathan all made the experience extremely hassle-free and Have earned my business for sure. As roughly 20 minutes ago, I just scheduled to have my Q5 brought in to have the brakes looked at. Thank you, EuroTech and team for being awesome and making my life easier! Adam

Adam Edit/update to post: I got my Q5 brake work completed. As I had one company put in the front brakes and 2 years later, another company put in my back brakes. After Alex took a look at my vehicle, he came up with the problem I was having with my brakes. The amount to fix my brakes issue was a little more spendy than I thought seemed right. So, I was skeptical. The post is a little late because I wanted to ensure the problem didn't return. I put the brakes to task. All A's! Great job yet again by Alex and his team!!
