Eurotech Auto Service is a great shop. They got us in when we were out of town, explained everything thoroughly, and provided exactly the services we asked for—nothing more or less. They earned our trust, and I’d go back any time my car needs service. I highly recommend them!

My 2011 Audi was twice in a row repaired by Woodbury in 2019, both times costing me a $500 tow. Spark plugs were not tightenened into cylinder head. No compensation for the tow, just I'm sorry but it wasn't deliberate.
My first time at Eurotech Auto Service - Medina and very happy. They (Troy) was very professional and friendly. He let me know the costs right up front. The technician went right to work on my car and got the job done. Also a very nice facility. I will be back!

Although I didn’t have all of my problems addressed (despite me explaining exactly what needed repairing) I felt that overall, Alex and the staff at Eurotech were excellent! Considerable time was put into discussing my repair options, And I was treayed respectfully by the staff. My only complaint was that they were not willing to go the extra mile and attempt to repair something that was a definite problem for me.

First time customer! Had an oil change on my ‘21 X3. From the scheduling to finish, I had a fantastic experience. I waited for my vehicle and worked in their nice office center. Two stations with plugs. Great WiFi. I plan on returning! Thank you!
