Despite a potentially terminal report from my previous shop, I decided to obtain a second opinion from Eurotech and am extremely glad I did. The expert diagnosis, healthy communication, and capable repair I received has allowed my MINI to live on.

Eurotech Auto Serves is new to me and this is my first time. Well for me, I just trust them because they know what they are doing. Also, I like the coupon's that they offer to the costumers. It helps a lot.

Fortunately, I received a mail piece last winter while I was at our winter home. I called when i returned and they said they could work on Aston Martins. Other independent shops have said "no". They analyzed my problem and secured the necessary parts for the repair. No more warning lights. Great job done quickly and reasonably.

I come here since I have a BMW and most places can’t do an oil change for me. Alex was the gentleman that helped me yesterday and he made the experience amazing. He explained everything they were going to do when I got in and gave me a time frame. When my services were done, he went through everything with me but was not pushy on trying to get more services. He was genuine and really explained what everything meant and if it was something I needed to worry about or not. I really appreciate the time he took to do all that and I also appreciate not feeling like it was just to get sales! It felt like he truly cared and wanted to make sure I knew everything about my vehicle! He’s a great member to your team and it made me feel like my car is in good hands for when I come back. These guys really are the best. I’ve been a frequent flyer the last few months for the most random things, and Troy in particular (and the mechanics!!) have been amazing 🤩. Easy to contact, great communication about what’s going on, very transparent about work and costs. Love these guys, will always be back. Recommend 100% - 10/10 service. Addendum: I drive a 2014 335i turbocharged BMW. Have never had a real issue with it, until random, uncontrollable things lately. 108k miles on it, and these guys keep it humming (despite my kids and two dogs best attempts to destroy the interior 🙄). I used to take my car to Imola in Plymouth. Now I trust these guys implicitly, very similar pricing.
