I believe the Mechanic(s) are very talented. But, it is the paperwork, quote, up front person that may not have it all together. After receiving our quote and dropping off the car to have the work done, not five minutes into the drive home, I get a call that the mechanic says we need to replace a part that typically is replaced at the same time. It doubled the cost. Then after getting over that hurdle, I called the next day at 11:30am, just to verify I could come, as I was supposed to pick up my car anytime after 8:00. I was told it wasn’t done. I think the work done was very good. But the communication from the upfront process could use more work.

Super helpful folks, always do a fantastic job and can be trusted to do the job right. They stand by their work! They also help with transportation to and from the shop - great to not have to worry about it.

For regular stuff on one dearly missed and one currently owned older MINI Cooper hardtop (oil changes, swapping out seasonal tires) and stuff that’s a bit more extraordinary (brake replacements, transmission care, the odd things like cabin filters that pop up on extended-mileage maintenance lists), this place has been and is the best. The prices are fair, the waiting area is comfortable, and the staff are great: not only knowledgeable but actually patient and caring. Simply put, this is a good place to take your car.

I heard good things about this shop, so I thought I would try it, but my experience was not good. Let's start with a common sense understanding of life, if you're going to this shop it's because you have an older vehicle, if it was new you'd go to the dealer. So as a used vehicle it's is an opinion as to when it's worn enough to need replacement, although shops often need to make things perfect to cover their butt from whiny unreasonable customers or those quick to file a lawsuit you kind of need to understand your customers. I have a BMW in great shape but it's 20 years old and worth about 5k. The rear camber mfg setting has the tires leaning in and it wears the tires fast I just wanted the camber taken out as much as possible just to make it better. They inspected it and said every rear suspension component would need to be replaced first at a cost of over 3k, oh good grief no is it perfect? No. Is it fine? Yes. So I took it home and in 20 minutes I adjusted the camber out myself, done no big deal. They also gave me an estimate of 13k of other repairs allB. S. And the prices outrageous, like $750 for 2 tires, that's insane. I just need a shop that will give honest reasonable work, and this place was not that. They acted like a dealership that only does thing one way perfection. And as I mentioned older cars do not and people should not waste money making them perfect.

Troy, We apologize that you are unhappy with our thorough overview of the vehicle. We as a company choose to service vehicles with safety and longevity in mind. We do focus our efforts on total repairs to ensure that there are no other negative effects of deferred maintenance. We provided up front and honest assessments with photos of the failed suspension components. With the very worn ball joints found during the inspection process we concluded that we would be unable to align it properly due to tire movement and would not provide long lasting results. We find that providing a health report with photos and videos has built trust with our guests and allows us to properly prioritize needed repairs as we service the vehicles over time.

I brought my Bentley in for service a few times. I was having a problem with a battery drain. They got to the buttom of it after tedious diligence. I thought I had an issue with my suspension. They were honest and forthright by NOT charging for a diagnostic test of my suspension. They changed my oil at almost have of what it costs at the Bentley dealership.
