The service writer was knowledgeable and helpful. The car had a CEL and I needed to know if it was serious or not. In a timely manor they were able to do the proper OBD2 scan and determined that the secondary air pump was not getting power from the electrical system. A simple broken wire connection was repaired. Since this was a Ferrari I was impressed. This is the cheapest fix I have had to date.

Great staff with an attention to detail and explanation that will give you comfort with any service decision. They kept and showed me the parts that failed as well as explain how. I always worry if a mechanic will be up to speed on my Audi A8L but they knew my car well.

Alex, my Service Coordinator, really does a great job for clients. My sisters recommended him, so I took in my 2014 BMW-3 sport wagon for rear brakes. The cost was considerably lower than either of the 2 BMW dealerships with whom I’ve worked. Everything was explained to me, and Alex also advised what the next maintenance issues lie ahead. He provided complete information on my tire wear, and I feel confident that I can safely make my long road trip to AZ this winter. I will return, for sure.
