This was by far the most professional crew that I have worked with. Haley, the store manager, remembered that I was a teacher when I called to make an appointment on Friday. She texted me Monday instead of calling because she knew I was teaching. That was awesome. My car was done and had a plethora of things I needed checked after hitting a snowbank. One tech got it taken of in less than two days, AMAZING!

Analyzed “TPMS inactive” problems. Found a module failure and replaced it. Also found another bad module that needed replacement. TPMS problem returned and they found bad wheel sensors which they replaced promptly. They kindly provided a loaner each time. Their service is a bit expensive but well worth it.

I’m greatly disappointed in the services I received. I took my car the first time in 2020 to them and at first didn’t have a bad experience. I returned to have my spark plugs and coils replaced which they charged me 1300 for. I paid out of pocket. While they did the work they broke my ECM and said I had to pay 7000 for a new one. I said it wasn’t broken when I dropped it off. In the end I paid around 200 for the ecm on top of the spark plugs. Check engine light came on again and I took it to see what codes came up. It showed a cylinder 4 misfire. I called them and said my spark plugs need to be repaired. They did a diagnostic and callled me to say I have to pay 30,000 (yes you read that right) 30,000 for a new engine and the spark plugs weren’t the issue. I read the diagnostic report which showed that cylinder 3. & 4 were misfiring and my vanos selinoids needed to replaced. But calls me to tell me I need a whole 30,000 engine which included the spark plug and coils I paid 1300 for just a few months ago. STAY AWAY!!!! The audacity to tell a person to fork over 30,000 in one day. And then lie about what codes came up. Honestly they only fixed 3 of them the first time and then left the other ones and charged me for 6. The other reviews if you notice are all white men. I’m a black woman. And my treatment was very different. They are liars. And I’m done with this place.
