Having dealt with a local BMW dealer i was not impressed. But dealing with Eurotech was a much easier and more respectful experience. I have an older vehicle but they treated my service work just like everyone else's in the shop. They were informative and had for my vehicle reasonable rates for the items they addressed on my car. It will be my only European car shop as long as I stay in the twin cities area.

Very down to earth, personably people, they know what they're doing, they keep you informed the whole way and are very upfront and honest. Don't think twice about getting your euro vehicle in to these guys. Definitely the place to go! I not paid to leave this review nor affiliated with them in anyway, just a happy customer (and I don't typically trust shops).

Use Eurotech for all your BMW and Audi repairs! They are the most thorough and competent shop around! If you don't understand it, they will teach you. Thanks Eurotech!

My extended warranty recently expired so I tried this shop for the first time. Amazing. Still a bit expensive, but that’s just the nature of most of the cars they service... For my one service visit I received a loaner car, a detailed analysis of everything even slightly concerning (with pictures!) on my car, as well as giving them a suggested phone call so they can go over what is important as well as what can wait. Otherwise I could have accepted or denied any work via a texted hyperlink. The customer service is outstanding. I learned a ton from well over an hour of conversations with Alex and I may even be back for an ECU tune in the future! Highly recommended for people that like to learn about their vehicles. Also, just be prepared to deny a lot of service if your vehicle is “well worn in”. I have 150k miles on my BMW and had almost $8,000 in quoted repairs (which is actually darn good!). Many smaller issues are very common but not worth the massive cost to repair unless they are failing. But the option is there...
