Alex was fantastic. It was alway him that I was in contact with and he was always up to date with the happenings of my vehicle. I also really loved the way they update you with pictures and videos of your car as they are working on it. They prioritized what needed to be addressed today and what could wait til next time. That is extremely helpful and appreciated with the high cost of fixing and maintaining European cars. It’s a much better experience then going to the dealership. Thanks Alex!
