Very reasonable rates for auto repairs. If your looking for honest, and professional services, Eurotech is the place to visit!
I felt grateful to have been served by top professional who had much knowledge in car repair work. I'll be a regular customer here!
Thank you for the kind words, we always enjoy having you stop in!
Great shop. Treat people nice and do a good job. A very trustworthy shop and family oriented.
I have had three BMWs serviced at Eurotech over the last decade. A 1999 M Coupe, 2002 M3 and 2013 328i M Sport. They have done an excellent job front he start, and always took time to explain any issues or potential issues. All pricing was explained up front as best as possible, and they are very adamant about their warranty with the work they do. They guaranteee their work, and only use genuine OEM or OEM approved parts. My cars have always been taken care of, with no damage or signs of abuse or neglect. They have a great customer waiting area, with amenities including coffee drinks, TV, couches and WiFi. The staff has always been very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They also have loaner cars, which are brand new vehicles. I know for a fact that all techs are highly training and receive ongoing specialized training. I will always go back to Eurotech for my non-warranty service. While either waiting for my car, standing at the service counter, or reading discussions online, I have seen and read complaints that come up. Complaints listed with the low reviews are typical in that customers fail to understand policy and procedure. I have previously worked in the auto industry, and can attest to most complaints and poor reviews likely being the customers being the problems. First, Eurotech charges standard rates, and is not a cut-rate service. You are going to pay for quality work, but with that comes a warranty and assurance that quality components were used. The rate that they quote you is a legitimate rate. I have seen people try to argue shop rates with them, and it is because they refuse to understand what they are paying for, including loaner cars and a warranty on all work and parts. If you can “get it done cheaper somewhere else”, that’s not going to get Eurotech to lower their rates to satiate you. Quality companies don’t have to cut their rates just to keep customers happy. As a long time customer, I freely acknowledge and respect their pricing and terms. Second, you as the customer need to be aware of what car you own, and the issues that specific model and year have. Certain models or model years are known to be expensive, problematic/unreliable or labor-intensive. If you have problems, or are upset at the cost of parts or labor, consider whether it’s your culpability for owning that vehicle in the first place. E65 7 series and Mini owners especially. Third, Eurotech will not use parts that you provide. They will only use parts that they order, which are OE components. In the case of aftermarket parts and tuning, they will work with you to get certain components directly from a distributor to their shop, but you have to do it their way so that they can assure quality control measures are in place. Fourth, they will not do any service that violates state or federal emission laws. Fifth, they know what they are talking about when they make recommendations, and only recommend service when they feel it is necessary or will soon be necessary. They don’t try to upsell or do unnecessary work just to jack up the bill. They have enough waiting customers that they don’t want to hang on to your car any longer than necessary. The staff are trained in the quirks and intricacies of each model of vehicle they specialize in, and they know what to look for, what will fail, and what won’t. If you are not an expert in your specific model and year of vehicle, don’t argue with them because you read something on an online forum or because you think someone can do it better for cheaper; which they can’t. Sixth, if your car isn’t a newer model, it’s going to have problems pop up. When one thing goes wrong, it’s not uncommon for more things to follow with older or higher mileage vehicles. That’s not the shop’s fault. Lastly, You will pay for all service and labor. They don’t do inspections or work for free, nor should they. They are upfront about all of their pricing.
Great people and quality service! What more could you ask for? Highly recommend...
Whatever you do don't bring your car here! They are terrible at customer service and currently stuck on PMS. Worst experience with a shop ever. Talk about a power trip LOL
I can't find any client by your name, but clients satisfaction is always my goal. I would love to hear what went wrong and try to rectify if possible. Seth Thorson Owner 651-636-6912
Been to this shop a few times with my Porsche. Saved some money and their team was great. Nothing but compliments from my end.
Awesome shop, incredibly knowledgeable. When noone else has an answer for my BMWs, I've been able to find them here!
These guys are the best of the best. Even other shops bring them work because they know their stuff! 10/10 will recommend to anyone needing work done on their Euro in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas!
Seth and the crew at EuroTech redefine customer service. Their communication and mechanical knowledge have earned them a customer for life. I recently had my 2011 GTI in for service and Alex was constantly updating me on the status of my vehicle and they got it done before promised! I was fully expecting to be in a rental car over the holidays, but the stepped up and made it happen. Seth hires only the best and it shows!
