Another fantastic service experience. The staff is very friendly and the included inspection gives me a good snapshot on the overall condition of my car. What I truly like though is there is no pressure or fake urgency when it comes to the maintenance items found, just clear up front cost estimates and options to do or not do maintenance items. They have a new on line invoice system now as well which makes record keeping much easier. That system also includes photos of items found during the inspection which is very helpful.

I brought in my BMW, which previously had a "150 point dealer inspection" for a pre-purchase inspection & Eurotech was able to uncover several issues with the car that were missed. All the staff is extremely friendly & I will be returning to get the rest of my services done here. All of my questions and concerns were answered and their strong experience with BMWs shows. It is also always nice to be treated like a friend instead of like a number. Kudos to the New Brighton team!

The staff at Eurotech were great! They took great care of me AND my MINI. Alex and Rachel were always helpful, and willing to answer all of my questions. There’s no one else I’d trust with my MINI Cooper!

I was having issues with my 2009 Tiguan and had it in several shops before finally taking it to EuroTech. No one was able to figure out what was wrong with it and they were able to diagnose the problem immediately and fixed it very quickly. Alex was very nice and professional. I highly recommend them and will definitely bring my vehicle there for any future needs.

I had my 325i diagnosed by Eurotech and left satisfied, knowing it was in good hands. Alex was really insightful on my bmw, he even ordered an uber for me to get to work(so nice of him). Overall great customer service, clean facility, and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend bringing your Euro car to these experts.
