Alex service coordinator kept me informed throughout the entire service project and was informative and helpful. I had a courtesy car which gave me peace of mind. The foreman Dave came out to lobby and personally spoke to me and showed me different parts of my car that were fixed so I understood in more detail what was done- super helpful to me as I have minimal knowledge in this area. I felt there is operational integrity.
