I am very disappointed in Eurotech. I did a pre-purchase inspection (BMW 2016 328i) at this location around September, 2021. When I did the inspection I was told that I probably needed to replace my brakes on the car and they found other smaller issues which I was able to negotiate into the purchasing of the car. After buying car, I brought it in for a service appointment in June, 2022. After doing my service, I was told that the timing chain had 'excessive movement' and I needed to get it replaced for $4500+tax and was given a sense of urgency. This by itself was fairly frustrating because the chain should've been checked during my pre-purchase inspection, and I didn't understand how it went from not having any issues to excessive movement in 8-9 months. I took my car to another very reputable European car auto shop with the intention of getting a quote for the job and to compare prices. The other shop, was very confused because my check engine light was not on and my chain was not making any noise (apparently these are the main indicators that the timing chain needs to be replaced). Regardless, I paid for another diagnosis and had them take a look even without the aforementioned issues. They did and told me that they checked everything and there was no indication that my timing chain needed to be replaced. I showed the tech the video that Eurotech took of my chain when they were showing it to me and he said that that was very normal when the motor is off. Either way, the other shop pretty much threw my keys at me and told me to go home because I didn't need to spend $4000+ there. The people at the shop were pleasant to deal with in both my visits, however, this has definitely ruined the shop for me.

Brought my X6M in for a coolant leak that had been twice misdiagnosed at BMW dealerships. Ended up taking a little longer than expected but these guys went above and beyond to get me my car back before a fishing trip with my pops and stayed late to get my car back to me in time. That level of service is majorly appreciated. Will definitely be back

Excellent spot for foreign vehicles. They were able to diagnosis engine issues that dealership was previously unsuccessful at doing.
